The Southern Leopard Frog's digestive system consists of an oesophagus, stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, intestine, rectum, and cloacal aperture.
- The frog eats its prey and it goes through the esophagus, into the Stomach
- The Stomach digests the food and then goes through the Intestine which digests it even more
- The Liver stores the energy and the Gal Bladder stores the bile from the liver
- The Pancreas produces digestive enzymes for the Stomach
- The Rectum keeps the intestine shut until the frog needs to get rid of the waste
- The Cloacal Aperture is like the anus and gets rid of the waste
